Copyright line: the bindings' files name Arcade Data Ltd only; proposal: Arcade Data Ltd and HumemAI #104

REUSE.toml names Arcade Data Ltd as the only copyright holder of every file in this repository, and the copyright headers of seven files (CITATION.cff, .gitignore, examples/.gitignore, scripts/Dockerfile.build, scripts/jar_exclusions.txt, the GraalVM substitution class in native/src) say the same. Most of the code here was written at HumemAI. The license is not in question: everything stays Apache-2.0. Only the copyright line is.

Proposal: the bindings' copyright line reads "Arcade Data Ltd and HumemAI". The ArcadeDB engine's own notices (native/wheel/ARCADEDB_ENGINE_NOTICE and the engine block of THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md) stay as they are, because they describe the engine. CITATION.cff already lists both Arcade Data Ltd and Taewoon Kim (HumemAI) as authors, and native/wheel/NOTICE already credits the bindings separately.
