Apache should restore IP address and protocol from reverse proxy #28

The web server in the container should be able to restore the original IP address and protocol passed by the reverse proxy in headers (X-Forwarded-For, X-Forwarded-Proto). There is a module for Apache (https://github.com/gnif/mod_rpaf) which addresses this issue exactly. If given a go, I can implement it into the Docker files.
