Adds
qa.yamlso Kiln's QA agent knows how to test this repo. Kiln reads it from the default branch when the project is added (and from the task branch on each run). What it does
failproofaid, start the dashboard dev server on :8020 for Playwright.bun run build(the secret-free PR CI jobs).cli: installs hooks from this checkout into a throwaway HOME, then pipes a PreToolUse payload through the installed hook:block-failproofai-commandsmust deny, lsmust allow, then the same through a freshly startedfailproofaid(the path we tested end to end in Kiln).Verified
parse_qa_yaml.clicheck all pass. Not yet verified: a real run inside Kiln's arm64 worker container on the Mac mini. The first QA run on a task is that test; timeouts and resources are estimates.
Left to CI (needs secrets, Docker or cloud access) is listed in the header comment.
