PenToolMessage::AddPointLayerPositionis called it is necessary to add aNodeGraphMessage::RunDocumentGraphafter it is added to the defer queue.Regression from 7cb42b9#diff-9c25b839625e6eae3b71fc15790aeb10b8feccf8a200811c02dc1f8cba6023b5 in #2939.
