Exposure support gems not working properly and not a valid source of exposure #561

Check version

What is the behaviour in-game?

When one skill has an exposure support gem linked and that skill applies exposure to a monster, the monster has its resistances reduced for all skills during the duration of the exposure, not just the one that has the exposure gem linked to it.

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

When an exposure support is linked to a skill gem, it does not add an eligible Configuration option for exposure, and no exposure is applied.

If you "Show All Configurations" and turn on the associated exposure, then exposure is only applied to the calculations of the skill that the support gem is linked to, not to all skills

If you then "Hide Ineligible Configurations", it says the exposure is conditional with a missing source and is invalid (though it is still applied only to the skill the support gem is linked to).

How to reproduce the issue

1. Load https://pobb.in/9C3x38Hg8q6b
2. See that the Lightning Exposure support gem linked to Orb of Storms is not applying exposure to the calculations of either Spark or Orb of Storms
3. Go to Configurations, click "Show All Configurations", and turn on "Is the enemy Exposed to Lightning?"
4. See that the damage of Orb of Storms increases when you do that, but not the damage of Spark
5. Confirm that exposure is being applied to the calculations of Orb of Storms, but not to Spark
6. Click "Hide Ineligible Configurations" and see that the Lightning Exposure config "is conditional with missing source and is invalid"
7. Repeat the process with Frostbolt/Ice Nova/Cold Exposure and Fireball/Firestorm/Fire Exposure
