🔧 Changes

Adds the TypeScript source of the Universal Portals setup and audit tool under internal/cli/data/universal-portals/_source: 67 files, with its own tests, package.json and lockfile.

Nothing builds, embeds or runs it in this PR. Go tooling skips the folder because of the leading underscore, so go list ./... and go build ./... are unchanged.

This is the first of three stacked PRs. It is a mechanical import: a quick skim is enough. The behaviour changes are in the next two.

  1. This PR: the source, as it is.
  2. The tool learns to call the Auth0 CLI, and gets a single-file build.
  3. The CLI runs that file from auth0 universal-portals, replacing the current setup command.

Stacked PRs: #1739, #1740.

🔬 Testing

cd internal/cli/data/universal-portals/_source
npm ci
npm test # builds, then runs 197 tests

go build ./... and go list ./... are unaffected.

Adds the TypeScript source of the Universal Portals setup and audit
tool, with its tests, under internal/cli/data/universal-portals/_source.
Go tooling skips the folder because of the leading underscore.

Nothing builds, embeds or runs it yet. Later changes bundle it into a
single file and run that file from the CLI.
