  • create packages/loopback
  • copy existing meta files
  • stub out all classes
  • stub out tests (not framework, just for sanity)
  • update this list with classes for impl checklist (or create new issue?)

    #6 was a brief discussion. This issue is for tracking the actual code. Updating the title and desc to reflect that.
