Documentation tasks for Alpine (musl) x64 promotion to Tier 2 #2666

Current status

Node.js Alpine Linux Docker images that were released after Oct 6, 2026, are based on official Node.js musl Tier 2 support builds:

node Docker images for Alpine are built from "https://nodejs.org/dist/v<node-version>/node-v<node-version>-linux-x64-musl.tar.xz"

• Alpine x64 images are built using the x64-musl build directly
• Alpine arm64, arm32 and s390x images are built from source

Update automation does not treat security releases differently and has no need to skip, waiting for musl build availability since a linux-x64-musl build is available at the same time as other official builds.
