Updates nx 23.2.0 -> 24.0.0 and Angular 22.1 -> 22.2 (@nx/angular upgrade-to-angular-22-2).
Source changes: nx.json from @nx/eslint remove-deprecated-executors (dead @nx/eslint:lint targetDefault) and @nx/vite register-typescript-plugin-for-typecheck; inert nxCopyAssetsPlugin calls removed from vite configs per the @nx/vite migrate-config-helpers prompt.
Verified: build/test/lint/typecheck and e2e pass.
Dropped the waitForServerReady: false that @nx/playwright disable-wait-for-server-ready adds, so e2e waits for the dev server to be ready (Nx 24 default); Playwright e2e passes.
Switched apps/api from @nx/esbuild:esbuild + @nx/js:node to the Nx 24 node setup: rolldown build (@nx/rolldown/plugin, output stays apps/api/dist, pruned package.json/lockfile for docker via prune targets) and
#!/usr/bin/env tsxserve via @nx/js/tsx; dropped @nx/esbuild and esbuild.Shop serve and serve-static get readyWhen: { signal: true } (@nx/angular and @nx/web add-ready-when-signal), and serve-static now depends on build; reverted the nxReadySignal() add-ready-signal-plugin adds to the api and shop vite configs, which only run vitest.
@nx/js/tsx is registered as a plain entry with no include or watch option, matching the 24.0.0 generator (watch is the default since nrwl/nx#37522).
