Resolves #1623

📚 Description

Adds my module, nuxt-openapi-meta, to the Nuxt modules directory
under the Devtools category.

It automatically generates OpenAPI metadata for Nuxt server routes
from JSDoc annotations and Zod / Valibot schemas.
