docs: Prevent default on interactive canvases #3259
On mobile, examples like Liquid Glass scroll the page when interacting with them. We should check every example and prevent default if it is interactive.
Uninteractive examples should remain as is.
( ◦°^°◦) 🏴☠️ Ahoy! I scoured the issue seas fer a duplicate chart and found nary a one — this be a fresh sighting. The map be clear enough to sail: the bug anchors on examples/simple/liquid-glass/index.ts registerin' touchmove with { passive: true }, so preventDefault() never lands and the page scrolls. No extra context needed — just a sweep o' interactive examples to flip those listeners to passive: false where default should be stopped.
No duplicate found, and the issue is clear and actionable as written. One note: liquid-glass already attaches touchmove with { passive: true }, which is exactly why preventDefault() is silently ignored — worth checking that pattern across examples.
