Node.js module compile cache support #928
Description
The NODE_COMPILE_CACHE environment variable is not included in cache.untrackedEnv, so tasks do not benefit from Node's module compile cache by default.
Maybe vp could automatically populate NODE_COMPILE_CACHE to its task cache folder?
The NODE_COMPILE_CACHE_PORTABLE, NODE_COMPILE_CACHE_READONLY, and NODE_DISABLE_COMPILE_CACHE environment variables could also be supported.
